30 things to do for your wellbeing

We’re celebrating WellBeing magazine’s 30th birthday

WellBeing magazine is turning 30 on Thursday, 19 June, so we thought we’d distil 30 years of publishing into 30 things to do for your wellbeing. These ideas are both surprisingly effective and simple.
